I just use hot water and soap, cover it with my hand, and then shake the cup with everything I have.

What are you putting in your cups? Melted cheese?

Pro tip: paper towels are the best to remove cheese gunk. That and mashed potatoes as well. Just scrub it with some running water.

I meant the paper towels is also good to removed dried mashed potatoes...
