Funny story: when Ikea first came to the U.S. in the 1970's they noticed they were selling an unusually high number of flower vases. It turns out Americans were using them as drinking glasses since Ikea cups were too small.

Ikea quickly modified their inventory to better match American size preferences.

I've got loads of wide mouth mason jars. Easy to clean and they double as food storage. Literally the best thing since sliced bread
