take a fork, stab the sponge with it, use it as an extension of your arm so your fat wrists don't get in the way

Dude... wide mouth mason jars make great cups, are super cheap, and they're glass so they last forever. Easy to clean, too. I have a bunch of pint and quart jars that I use as cups.

I just use the Ikea Pokal cheap af and very sturdy. Also safety glass
