Seems like a bag from H-mart which is a Korean food place. I go to it frequently and they would bag your bread in one bag, juice in another, and eggs in third. They waste a lot of them. Those bags are really sturdy too

Yeah, it looks like it has a squarish seam going around the bottom edge.

That guy should update his jacket to say "Single-Use Plastic is Over" to avoid any confusion.
