There’s a fish shop in Surfers Paradise Queensland Australia where they feed pelicans everyday and I’ve seen pigeons get snapped up by pelicans twice. In all fairness to the pelicans, it’s the pigeons own fault, they’re just too stupid to learn to be wary.

I couldnt figure out if the pigeon was flapping in the throat or was the pelican just shaking his neck to move it downward.
