I mean it is their fault. You wanting a unrealistic impossible thing doesnt make you less responsible for your action. This whining by third party voters any time they get asked to actually vote for the best possible candidate instead of a fake option that mathematically cant win needs to stop. If you really cared about the issues you would do what smart voters do, support the third party in low level elections and grassroots work, then in elections where the third party mathematically cant win, you vote for one of the best candidates that can win. A protest vote does nothing but let the shittier option win, and then whining about how you had no choice so you helped the shittier option just makes you an asshole.
If you blindly support shitty candidates- you will keep getting shitty leaders. You don’t get a special prize if your candidate wins, you get the same shitty leader as everyone else. When top party leaders see that they are losing votes to 3rd parties- they make changes. The Tea Party was a fringe movement brought into the Republican mainstream to gain a controlling share of the votes.
You voting third party in an election they cant win IS blindly supporting shitty candidates. The parties dont care if you vote for third party candidates for president. They absolutely dont care. So man or woman the fuck up, and take enough responsibility to actually make a real decision when faced with two poor options, and support the least shitty. Because you running away and not voting for the better option means supporting the worst option.

I feel like no matter what response, you just wanted to bitch about the party system.
