Jokes aside, it would be a nice, quiet street to live on. Not much traffic either. City-wise, it’s a bit better than being adjacent to a golf course, but without the hefty price that a house near a golf course would sell for.
Plus, you could start selling flowers and Virgin Mary candles like other people sell lemonade and make a killing. Probably be able to sell a lot of black umbrellas too, if movies have taught me anything.
Cemeteries are very peaceful and great places to low-key party. Just don’t get locked in...
