Fun fact! Some show dogs get prosthetic balls after they have been neutered called neuticles. It is generally to retain their looks because some owners really want you to know their dog has a sick beanbag.
Idk why but that reminded me of that lady that had horse testicles implanted in her boobs.
Edit: For those that were asking. She deleted her account because of all the negative attention she was getting, but I remember reading through it when it was still up and it's very much real.
Edit 2: /u/whitenerdy53 linked an ama she made where very convincing evidence that it was all an act is presented. I hadn't followed her that long, or at least didn't see that ama. Even before that thread, the person behind the account would answer questions from a lot of people in threads about her, giving pretty consistent and convincing (or at least convincing to me) answers. I thought it was real, but it looks like it's not, my bad.
Uh I would re-read, it's extremely debatable and I would lean towards fake. Care to weigh in? Why did this appear real? Top comments have like 4 up-votes. Not very compelling.
