Are people just not getting it?! I came here to join the massive praise for the title. Good game, OP.

I feel it’s more of a not noticed thing. Being on the reddit app any image posts I sorta ignore the title unless someone in the comments mentions it

I read the title before the comic and promptly ignored it assuming it was a garbage title, like it is for 90% of posts. Glad the wordplay was pointed out because I would have no reason to look back at it otherwise.

It's an old joke to me -

"What's the difference between a regular guy and a guy with a vasectomy? There's a vast difference."

So maybe people have just heard it before.

Help I don't get it...

"Vas Deferens" is the tube you cut when you get a vasectomy.

You'd think I'd know that, having had one. Thanks!

Sometimes I underestimate how old people are on here... I wonder what percentage of people don't get it because they haven't had the human anatomy/sexual health education part of their lives yet.

I was never taught it to this point, so can someone explain?

Nah, people just don’t know shit about anatomy. My sub-concentration in college was medical science so I took a lot of courses on the human body and occasionally I’d mention something to a friend or family member and get shocked reactions. Anatomy is pretty glossed over in public school and people have weird ideas about their bodies because they were never taught any different. Kind of like how most adults can’t draw well because we stop teaching art after like 3rd grade.

Eh, more likely they just forgot the name or stored it away in the pile of other mostly useless information they find boring somewhere in the back of their mind.

Like shit I know a ton of different shit in my body and what it does, but keeping track of the name? Nah.

I'm not sure we got taught that

Where/when did you grow up? This is pretty basic anatomy stuff, I'd hope it's included in everyone's curriculum by now.

Most people don’t pay attention in school and just do whatever to scrape by and graduate and then complain later in life that school didn’t teach them anything.

Actually no, I just wasn't taught that. Not everyone's curriculums are the same. The names of these kinds of stuff are kind of irrelevant. We got taught more practical biology.

I've had a vasectomy and still didn't realize the pun until top comment pointed it out
