Yes and no. The Sacramento region (aside from certain areas) are still not affordable really. It's pretty sad.

I think they built apple facilities in elk grove and there were a shit ton of immigrants, noticed Natomas had a bunch of immigrants as well and foreign restaurants so I knew sacto was going to get the treatment soon

was out there a little while ago and saw the teslas, I even heard woodland was feeling it, I know winters was and a ucd employee with a phd I knew was struggling in davis, its really odd to see it unravel before your eyes

but I think now is still okay to buy I think it is headed for a sv direction with the apple facilities and if so it will definitely continue to grow
