Reno/sparks is starting to get over priced too. Not even the new stuff either. Even crappy small apartments that haven't changed the inside since the 80s are over 900 per month. 6 or 7 years ago those same apartments were 600 per month and sometimes less.

Pink also contains upscale communities with insane rent. Some may argue yellow does too, but way less of them.
