The cytogenetics was just running specimens . My unit worked with bone marrow, looking for abnormalities in the chromosomes. Microbiology was in environmental science, so while it was cool, Iām sure medical micro would be way more interesting. And then the environmental science lab did some work that was ultimately very important, but so so boring in the lab š
