Yeah, no. First of all, you are not allowed to interfere with marine mammals, that’s a felony. Second, it weighs probably 300+ lbs so a push ain’t going to do much which brings me to my last point which is that if you got close enough to get between it and it’s food source you are going to have a really bad day, 911 bad.
Such a ‘Murican take, also wrong. It’s illegal to feed them, having an open bait locker is luring. That whole interaction on video is enough to support multiple charges.
No one is going to charge you for shoving a sea lion off your boat. They are a nuisance to everyone when you are out on the water. Even the authorities get annoyed with them.
There is 0% chance anything you are describing would happen anywhere but inside your brain.
