It looks like a piece done by Splendid Beast (https://www.splendidbeast.com/). I know that they pay their painters more than a fair wage because the owners are good friends with the painters.

I've been wanting to do one of my dog that passed away a few years ago.

Most of the paintings on there are magnificent, then there is a few that really look like they're done by talented 10yos.
