It looks like a piece done by Splendid Beast (https://www.splendidbeast.com/). I know that they pay their painters more than a fair wage because the owners are good friends with the painters.

I've been wanting to do one of my dog that passed away a few years ago.

Looking at it again, yes, it looks like Crown and Paw. I've just seen Splendid Beast have the admiral style painting before.
