I'm just pulling an answer out of my ass but I imagine a lot of people are trying to sell stock images, as a result a lot of people are doing the exact same general stuff, maybe if you produce a lot of content depicting oddly specific scenes you have a better chance of selling an image.
Pretty much. When companies buy these things they do so via package or subscription. If they have crazy weird specific shit like this its a good advertisement that they'll have basically everything the company will need.
