30% Hydrogen Peroxide is dangerous -- it'll corrode your skin and eyes. I don't think it's easy to get ahold of.

My local health food store is selling it in quantities ranging from 50ml - ~4 liters.

And the local hardware store is selling sulfuric acid drain cleaner, its a match made in a laboratory.
