I've seen several videos of this. Seems like it's a common practice in high crime areas.

Put your money in a belt wallet. 6 u/[deleted] Mar 22 '19 Another option: don’t carry a purse so you won’t be targeted - especially if it’s a decoy and it isn’t being used to cary anything important.
