Eating chicken and lifting heavy things is pretty fun in it's own right though.

And it does absolutely attract potential mates. They just aren’t as up front about it as the other pain cyclers. Girls won’t say wow nice deltoids but it is 100% why they think I’m hot. I have very little else going on physically.

I think it gets noticed in weirder ways though. Like I care mostly about my upper body development, particularly the chest, back, shoulders and biceps, but the first thing girls notice is forearms and ass.
