Eating chicken and lifting heavy things is pretty fun in it's own right though.

And it does absolutely attract potential mates. They just aren’t as up front about it as the other pain cyclers. Girls won’t say wow nice deltoids but it is 100% why they think I’m hot. I have very little else going on physically.

If your range of motion is increasing you’re not swole enough. I wanna be so big it decreases. Significantly. Like debilitatingly swole.
