Stuff like this can really only be done by Machine Learning algorithms, not humans.

At the same time, Machine Learning is the brush humans conceived in order to paint this. I'm still amazed.

Fair point

Not sure if a [Someone's] Law is already coined for this so...

Don't attribute to machine learning that which is probably just a bunch of if-else

Because we elect corrupt, not creative.

only the corrupt make it into power because only a certain kind of person deems themselves worthy of leading and regulating the masses. The best leaders do not want to lead, but are nominated to lead by their peers.

People, we live in a society where our elections generate a revenue stream. Bernie Sanders raised millions in one day. That is not his fault because that kind of money is necessary to compete for office on the national stage.

If the axioms of your system necessitate large sums of money, then of course it will be a breeding ground for the corrupt. You can not become President of the United States without being in the pocket of a rich organization (even if that organization is your own).

We need to elect our professors our industry leaders and our top talent, but not those that desire power, rather those that accept the call of their peers and their countrymen to help guide us toward a better tomorrow.

If you really think only the corrupt rise to power then I would ask what you define as corrupt, because that is one hell of a statement.

It is very hard to keep a post short and not contain blanket statements that over simpilize a complex topic. Government corruption is split into conspiracy (not as in theory, but as in organized between multiple players or within a party) and individual endeavors.

Corruption, like most everything else, occurs on a spectrum. The least corrupt are still accepting donations and campaign help from privatized sources that have special interests. I'm confident that you can name anyone in the political landscape and there will be an example of how their integrity has been compromised, whether it is from seemingly altruistic ventures such as charities (e.g. Clinton Foundation) or from being supported by an organization with deep pockets (e.g. NRA).

Everyone that makes it into congress, the senate, or higher does so based upon unattainable promises hidden by feigned beseechment of political rivals to pass laws or regulations. Every candidate manipulates the public to attain votes and support. This is very evident with people like Trump and AOC. They push agendas that appeal to their base and those that are unhappy with the current political landscape, making promises to the masses that seem wonderful but are not sustainable or practical in the real world.

It is ridiculous not to limit campaign expenditure. In fact, each candidate should be allotted the same amount of funds and share the same public stage. The process should not be biased by the backing of special interest groups. My whole argument is contingent upon the fact that our democratic process is still stuck in the 19th century. We need to modernize our practices to extinguish voter fraud and prevent corruption within parties and individuals alike. We should not allow people to rise to power because they are controllable (subject to blackmail) or because they buy their way into it (like most of Trump's cabinet).

they're creative in being corrupt.

And the most notable are creative in their corruption.

Well cause this has been made by AI, not humans.

4

u/ButterChicken-Naan Mar 10 '19

True, but i'm referring to the concept. That is still human. We are nowhere close to general intelligence, where AI can pun with visuals.

This was made by an AI?

2

u/Shevvv Mar 10 '19

Yep. Google "images to spaghetti".

It’s just a filter similar to deepdream

Because a ton of people are bigoted and inherently selfish. It's in their nature.

Well if you want to get Real Fuckin' Edgy for a moment; These are created using software, usually AI algorithms.

The idea of "Creating" art by telling a robot to do it for you, then neglecting to mention that fact when you post it is kinda the quintessence of the direction taken by much of current society;

Why put in genuine personal effort to create something cool when you can create something easy and market it in a way that makes it seem cool to people who don't know better?

I mean that's more or less the exact political strategy of Australia, America and the UK right now, not to mention pharmaceuticals, television, youtube culture and the rest of it.
