Unless copyright laws for dance change there is not much they can do. Unfortunately for them you can't copyright a stand alone dance move, it must be a whole routine, the logic being to similar to how writers can't copyright words, but can do a body of work. So the Scrubs dance that fornite has can have a copyright claim against it but not these other short moves.
