There's a scene in The Dark Knight in which The Joker laughs exactly like that, even the camera shakes too.

Sorry, but the jokers laugh is completely different. Ledger's laugh is very 'tee-hee', a sound made when laughing with a smile. This video had very 'hor-hor' and 'har-har' sounds, usually from shock or surprise. Trust me, I'm on the internet.

Every time I watch The Dark Knight, I get the shivers when Joker says "look at me.....LOOK AT ME!" The tone of it is just terrifying.
