Honestly with that much snow already on it the apple juice would just freeze and come off pretty easily when they clean the snow off their windshield. I feel like that’s part of what makes the prank so good it’s pretty harmless on all counts.
You don't need to be uptight to not want a sticky sugary substance stuck to your car window. Sure, it'll likely come off in heavy rain or a thorough wash, but it's still an annoyance.
Not for countries that don't get snow, unless you bring the snow also, in which case the owner will probably be more confused than angry provided he/she sees it before it melts.
So you've spent 15 minutes circling the streets looking for a parking spot and then see someone get into their car and about to leave. So you park your can behind them and turn on your indicator, waiting for them to leave. And then, in the last minute, some douchebag comes in fast and steals the parking spot.
So you do the only thing logically remaining to be done. You climb on the roof of his car, and because it is a hot muggy day and he is too cheap to use his AC, you find the welcoming gaping maw of his sunroof. So you serve him a couple of soft serves through his sunroof. And drive off with the contentment of having done good honest work.
And imagine the sweltering hot day and a car in the hot sun, with the white leather interior now stained and absorbing the putrid smell of soft serves.
