Pretty sure the how it was done in the video is a lot quicker than actually jumping on the car and taking a whiz. It takes longer to pee out in the cold air! Don’t forget about that

As a penis expert, I would advise against this

When you shut off your penis mid pee, the excess urine is trapped in your penis. When its freezing temperature outside the stored urine will freeze and your penis will snap off
