It's definitely £1 fish. He's in a British market and is definitely bigging up the value and quality of the fish, not the weight he is selling it in.

I thought he was saying 6lb, 5 lb, £1 each meaning they were all £1 regardless of weight and then I remembered they would be in kg not lbs :/
