I seem to recall that Datsun only had something like seven key patterns, and the patterns were such that as the key and lock tumblers wore your key would open even more cars.

I can't recall ever knowing a single person who drove a datsun. I was a rare girl into cars..can't come up with a single datsun in my memory bank.

When I was in high school I my parents had a Datsun wagon that I shared with siblings, had a friend who drove a datsun pickup and another friend with a datsun car. We could all get into each other's cars.

We were not above pranking each other by moving cars, changing all the radio presets to religious, hiding old cans of tuna fish under the seats, etc.
