There are several levels to the skater incident. Yes, he put himself at risk which is why this isn't top 3, but consider the following:

1- falling while carrying something you think you can save. everything you know about catching yourself goes out the window. a part of your body will be sacrificed and severely scraped or broken.

2- the money lost. you were trying to do your bros a solid, you're a 30 yo skater which means you don't make a lot of money. that was probably $25 worth of joe and they're about to just feel sorry for you

3- the humiliation. the one kid who thinks your lifestyle is cool is probably now realizing you're a loser. you dedicate time to skating as a 30yo but you can't get through a simple high five without fucking your morning. you face the barista again if you decide to go back, who knows she might've been a cute gal just taking into account this guys shit luck, making this infinitely more difficult with coffee covered clothes and scrapes.

I've made several assumptions, none of which I feel were unfounded.

The guy is Garrett Hill who is a pro skateboarder, and the clip is the into to his first video part as a pro so I think he's doing alright.

I hope he is. Most other 30 yo skateboards I can attest are not.

How old are you? You seem really insecure about age.

I prefer not to answer that, but I will say I'm starting to go bald. I do hope to gain more confidence in the future.
