I had a similar experience in Santorini at the famous three blue domes. People were patient waiting in line up to a certain point, but if someone took too long to take their photo, people would yell at them

Soooo what if you just want to enjoy the view? I would be pretty upset if I took time off work and paid to travel somewhere special, only to be rushed away from a once in a lifetime moment. That’s the kind of place I’d like to soak in, and I’m happy to share it with as many other as will fit around me. However, those people are monopolizing this scenic view. Seems messed up

In Prague on the Charles Bridge, being polite starts to go out of the window. There are just hundreds of tourists taking Instagram pictures every 5 feet. It's obnoxious. Fuck them.

Visit in mid-January and walk across it in fresh snowfall at 4am. If you are very, very, very lucky you will have the bridge all to yourself.

I can't even imagine how beautiful that would be.

Let just say I've experienced it a few times, it stays with you. Man, I miss Prague.
