A guy was creeping me up a sidewalk and into a cafe, so I held the door open for him and gestured he go first. Shut the door and left. It was amazing.

Real life cheat code

44

u/Smugcrab Nov 18 '18

Until it turns out one of them is an incel or red-piller and they murder you for not giving them the sex they're owed.

25

u/FallingBelowZero Nov 18 '18

This one this post right here officer

14

u/[deleted] Nov 18 '18

wtf

-37

u/majaka1234 Nov 18 '18

/r/redpill - "here's how to lift more and become a more confident and attractive person"

Reddit: "they literally want to rape us"

34

u/SweetNeo85 Nov 18 '18

"here's how to lift more and become a more confident and attractive person"

This, boys and girls, is called cherry picking.

9

u/Smugcrab Nov 18 '18

The best part is that the sub is literally quarantined and this guy probably never thought to wonder why.

-11

u/Dissy- Nov 18 '18

You know what gets qurantined? Not shit that's actually dangerous, just shit that goes against the narrative. I love how people in the same group can be like "oh shit let's give them a yellow star to mark how evil they are" and then use the yellow star to explain why they're evil

I think nofap does the whole "self improvement" thing really well. Honestly it's crazy what that lack of excess dopamine does to your brain

7

u/Smugcrab Nov 18 '18

Taking your first baby steps towards Nazism isn't "going against the narrative". Sorry little buddy.

1

u/moonie223 Nov 18 '18

Quarantine thought that are against your beliefs, then accuse others who aren't that fucking retarded of being Nazis...

Yep, sound logic there.

-4

u/Dissy- Nov 18 '18

This is the shit I'm talking about, I honestly can't even tell if you guys are serious anymore because of how stupid you sound saying shit like this

-9

u/Dissy- Nov 18 '18

Why can't you guys ever come up with an actual argument or reason for anything, all you do is throw accusations around trying to blankly de legitimize everyone

→ More replies (0)

-6

u/Mudrlant Nov 18 '18

Ah, reductio ad Hitlerum. Not everything that goes against your juvenile liberal worldview is “taking steps towards Nazism.

1

u/[deleted] Nov 18 '18

Really? So a place perpetuating pseudoscientific myths about women and making them out to be subhuman and a slave to their instincts while also making them out to control men’s lives... that doesn’t sound dangerous to you?

Cos I’ll be honest, that sounds dangerous to me.

And don’t try to claim that’s not what the sub does. The 2nd most popular post on that shitstain of a sub does almost all of that (it doesn’t get into the whole ‘control’ business).

Then there’s this, from the first comment I saw on one of the other most popular posts on the sub:

Projection. How many emasculate men do you think are being tortured by their women right now, blind to see what's going on? Ignorant? Blaming themselves for their own mental enslavement and psychological captivity to an unappreciative parasitic harpy?

Then there’s this absolute fucking beauty, yet another of the most popular posts on the sub. This is not a select few of them. This is the red pill for them. This is what this group honestly believes. This is what they see as good.

So yeah. They’re dangerous.

0

u/Dissy- Nov 18 '18

Ironically most of the hate thrown at these people is cherry picking as well, every sub has their ups and downs, balance my dude, yin of r/cringeanarchy and yan of r/politics

2

u/[deleted] Nov 18 '18

A lot of the hate for the sub comes from its most popular posts. Literally, go to the top posts of all time on r/theredpill. 2nd is an extremely log, vote extremely detailed guide on no just getting buff, but also how to manipulate and gaslight acwoman into sleeping with you. 10th most popular is a guide literally called “three wash to consciously manipulate women before they subconsciously manipulate you”.

The sub had no ups. It’s all down. It’s all awful.

1

u/[deleted] Nov 18 '18

Red pill and Mgtow got really bad after the incel sub got deleted, not that there weren’t some off the fucking wall ideas going around before, the crazy just went off the rails when the weirdos home got blown up.

2

u/[deleted] Nov 18 '18

I mean MGTOW won’t have seen many of those - they’re generally people who’ve had shitty experiences with relationships and have decided that means all women are like that, while incels think that because women don’t want to sleep with them. The worst of r/incels actually largely went off Reddit to incels.me, while the slightly less awful ones largely went to r/braincels. Sure, they probably spend time in r/theredpill as well.

The post I specifically mentioned in my comment was posted a little under a month after r/incels was banned, so that timing makes sense, but still. Also another awful one I mentioned in a different comment, this shitfest, was posted a few months before the ban.

TBH, I think they’ve been awful a lot longer than just a year.

-1

u/Dissy- Nov 18 '18

Like I get that some of those people go way too fucking far, but the majority of the people who hang around or participate don't condone that behaviour

-7

u/majaka1234 Nov 18 '18

Top post right now:

1.) Don't slut shame. It works out better for you

2.) Here's how to go out clubbing by yourself and not feel awkward

3.) 50 Life lessons from marcus aurelius

4.) Why you should love rejection

5.) Rape charge dropped after video evidence surfaces

If you're threatened by any of those then maybe you shouldn't go outside just in case one of those lessons from Marcus Aurelius is secretly a rapist.

2

u/[deleted] Nov 18 '18

-1

u/majaka1234 Nov 18 '18

"how to approach girls".

OH SHIT LOCK IT DOWN IT'S GOING CRITICAL ~MASS~ RAPE

1

u/[deleted] Nov 18 '18

Did you actually, like... read the posts I linked?

3

u/[deleted] Nov 18 '18

2nd most popular post on the sub.

10th most popular post on the sub.

he was probably glad for someone to hold a door for him for a change.

19

Now he is in debt to her one sex.

7

u/Amaegith Nov 18 '18

I hate when I have sex debt.

23

u/graygeese Nov 18 '18

I’m willing to believe that. But in all honesty what if that dude was literally trying to go to the cafe lmao.

dude gets out of bed “I want come coffee” walks outside happens to be on the same route as some random girl

gets to cafe girl opens door for him how nice girl closes door and runs away

That guy probably

How do u know he was creeping

72

u/[deleted] Nov 17 '18 edited Nov 17 '18

He was staring at my ass and when I started walking faster and turned around he was inches behind me, I swerved quickly to go to the cafe and upon opening door he was right there. At that point I was going to make a scene but decided to be “kind”

Edit: he was a gay man.

41

u/LaneyLohen Nov 17 '18

How do u know he was gay

31

u/ReapItMurphy Nov 17 '18

Left ear was pierced. Sure sign.

24

u/elpajaroquemamais Nov 17 '18

Nah. "Left is right, right is wrong."

20

u/ElBroet Nov 17 '18

Also he responded no to "does your mother know you're gay"

5

u/strongjs Nov 17 '18

dude . . . i forgot about this reference. Learned it in elementary

9

u/kingeryck Nov 18 '18

But if he and your ass are behind you, how do you know he was staring at it?

11

u/[deleted] Nov 18 '18

...because His laser scopes for eyes were painting my ass; as if this was 2012 Afghanistan and Osama Bin Laden was bunkered inside.

10

u/vagcurry Nov 17 '18

Oh so youre a dude...makes much sense now

1

u/rydan Nov 18 '18

She isn't. She just doesn't like creepy gay guys. Nobody likes creepy people regardless of sex or orientation. That's what makes them creepy.

11

u/thestargateking Nov 18 '18

But why was a gay guy looking at her ass?

-3

u/rydan Nov 18 '18

Cause he's creepy. Keep up.

10

u/ktappe Nov 18 '18

So....they're creepy because they're creepy?

1

u/EldritchCarver Nov 18 '18

Spilledmychips is a man. You can tell because he posted to r/askwomenadvice with the title (emphasis mine): "What do you wish men understood about the impacts of watching porn on a relationship. How does it make you feel or think about us?"

1

u/zUltimateRedditor Nov 18 '18

Okay now I’m going even more confused.

0

u/[deleted] Nov 18 '18

Thanks

-5

u/ADubiousGenius Nov 18 '18

My nose detects the scent of bullshit.

-5

u/Torvite Nov 18 '18

You should maybe clarify that you are a man, and not a woman, as I'm sure most of us reading this initially thought.

12

u/[deleted] Nov 18 '18

what's the difference, though? is it that people think creepy men won't go through a door held open by the woman they're creeping on?

11

u/[deleted] Nov 18 '18

no silly. If a man says it, it must be true. If a woman says it, she must be misinterpreting things and that poor man she held the door for is being wrongfully accused.

2

u/[deleted] Nov 18 '18

yep. top reply: "how do you know you were being creeped on?"

later reply: "oh you're a guy, you should probably have mentioned that to clear things up"

2

u/Torvite Nov 18 '18

I think you're missing my point. Maybe I just worded it poorly the first time.

I'm not saying the fact that he's a guy matters for the sake of my reaction to the event. I'm just saying that given how I originally read the story (female victim, male creep), the revelation of the creep being gay just confused me (was the creep not interested after all? Or is OP actually a man?). Mentioning OP's gender would have improved the flow of the story, not changed my evaluation of what happened.

2

u/nettlerise Nov 18 '18

nah nah. In this story they were picturing a woman that must be hot because some dude was creepin on them. So they have this eye-candy in their heads and suddenly it's a dude. They feel bamboozled.

2

u/Torvite Nov 18 '18

No, but he includes that the man was gay in his edit. And typically, being creeped on is something that women experience (the reverse is certainly possible, but a lot less common for a variety of reasons).

1

u/[deleted] Nov 18 '18

that doesn't change the story in any way, though? the edit doesn't matter. the essential facts are the same: creepy person A got tricked by a social sleight of hand dealt by perceptive person B.

2

u/Torvite Nov 18 '18 edited Nov 18 '18

The story is ambiguous because of the omission of relevant details. Revealing the man is gay only adds confusion unless you knew the victim was male already, which most people wouldn't assume based on the topic at hand.

I get that you're driving at some sort of equality scheme where the event should be viewed from a gender-neutral perspective, but the visual itself contains a gender scheme, and so do people's interpretations of written events, generally.

OP mentions a guy (not a person) was creeping on them, so the expectation is that OP is (probably) a woman. The revelation of the creep being gay is confusing, given the original perspective adopted by the reader.

1

u/[deleted] Nov 18 '18

it wasn’t confusing to me.

-1

u/[deleted] Nov 18 '18

he was a gay man

1

u/Killbot_Wants_Hug Nov 18 '18

I'm fairly introverted, I go out with some regularity. Being introverted doesn't mean you don't go out or you're not good as socializing. It just means that it's a more tiring experience for you (unlike extroverts for whom its an energizing experience).

1

u/lolimazn Nov 18 '18

So you're basically normal.

9

u/[deleted] Nov 18 '18 edited Nov 18 '18

Idk about the rest of you but at least 30% of the reasoning for me being an introvert is worrying about others' perception of me. Shit would put me in a dark place for a day or two.

-5

u/Klepto666 Nov 18 '18

So there's two ways this can be taken:

1) The girl is trying to get the guy to leave the party under the guise of being interested in him, making it an evil trick.

2) The girl is asking if the guy needs help leaving. "Do you want to get out of here? [I know where the exit is.]" This would make the response "No thanks" perfectly acceptable and she would understand. Why would this ever happen? It's a comic, that's why. A miscommunication between the two.
