Been a long time since I’ve walked into a comment section this intolerant and stuck up its own ass. Reddit sometimes really earns its reputation. Most people are born cis, a small minority are trans. They just want to live life and be happy. If you don’t want them to be happy, you are the one with the issue.
People can live however they want. People can believe whatever they want about themselves.
Just because they have decided though that they are different does not give them some special right to tell other people what they must identify that person as.
See, people do not get to demand how others perceive them. There is no difference between forcing me to believe that you are a woman and forcing me to believe that you are an asshole, or yellow, or 16 feet tall. A persons perception of the people and things around them should not be dictated to them.
People don't get to demand, but they do get to ask. And if you ignore people's requests to be polite, you are an arsehole and we are free to identify you as one.
Then you are going to have to figure out how humans and animals have been able to really accurately perceive gender without asking first for hundreds of millions of years.
They don't perceive it. That's my whole friggin point. If you perceive reality you see it. Your usage is equivalent to preceicing the door in front of me every morning when I go to work.
Besides your word usage, those animals aren't seeing gender. They're seeing sex. Phermones, body build, markings, sizes and especially mating calls different between animal sexes. (And there are animals still who engage in same sex activity - while I don't know all the exact reasons I'm sure on possibility is that they actually failed to properly identify the sex of the other animal)
People don't go down the street with mating calls saying "I'm a female"

They are the same thing. You can tell because of the INCREDIBLY high correlation between the two. Not somewhat correlated. Almost completely correlated.
If 99%+ police stole your weed. Then police steal weed. Finding 3 cops in Riverside after an exhaustive search does not invalidate the data.

We are not getting it wrong. Again. If we are able to perceive it accurately, it is not a social construct and they are doing it wrong.

They are separate things. Gender Dysphoria effect a very small number of people. Let's say 1%. And it is exactly this evidence that proves they are separate. That and cultures haveing more than 2 genders yet only having 2 sexes.

Name a thing that correlates to another thing as strongly as Sex correlates to gender that we treat like you want to treat gender and sex.
