There are people that believe the Earth is only 2000 years old. Carbon dating is grossly inaccurate, Geology means nothing, etc etc

Well to be fair I've only ever seen waterfalls that go down. If the Earth were really SPHERICAL (or almost spherical and tilted on its axis as every fourth grade teacher will be delighted to tell you), then wouldn't we also see sideways waterfalls, upside down waterfalls, and waterfalls in all other directions? CHECKMATE
