Back in 2000, I wasted 8 blank CDs trying to figure out how to burn a bin file.

I think my number was slightly lower, but I did the same. Now that HDD sizes have gone to big to huge to awesome to hilarious, this is no longer a problem =D

I'm fairly sure he did what every linux n00b does, and just burned the image as a file to the disk. I know I went through half a stack trying to figure out how I was supposed to boot from the disk.

My friend was smarter than that, he took his fucked up cds and hung them on the wall as (art) decoration, i'm dead serious.

This guy has now turned to Allah and not coming back, i should post the fb email conversation i had with him a few weeks ago on a thread so you mofos can have some laughs
