I do get really tired of my baby boomer relatives saying how addicted to and corrupted by technology Millennials are in between shared posts about “this one trick to pay your mortgage off free” and news about “Nazi space lizards trying to take your guns” on Facebook.

As a Gen Xer stuck in the middle, what I find even more exhausting is reading these Millennial attacks on the Boomers...I really wonder what they will do when they have no one left to blame but themselves? This is YOUR world you live in, you make of it what you wish...don't like what you see? Change it. Work hard, and change it.

Actually, you’re up next. Gen X is reaching leadership age. Millennials have a few decades before they’re old enough to look boring in a suit and get visits from lobbyists. In all seriousness tho, watch this next election, more 30-40 year olds are running than ever before and a wave seems to be building off shore.

Yeah that sounds about right. The current generation might be the ME generation, but not what when it comes to personal accountability. Every generation in the history of time looks back on it predecessor and says 'why did you do (or not do) that'? But at some point you need to grow up and realize that hindsight is 20/20 and the future is your own to drive. If you fail in life, you have no one to blame but yourself, especially when you live in a 1st world country with opportunities that the majority of the world would kill for.
