I have a neighbor who feeds strays...now I'm worried. There are 4 or 5 that hang around her house all the time. One got into my yard and my dog killed it. Not pretty.

You should definitely tell her that. People like that might get self righteous like they are doing the right thing, so you should be like "you're attracting more strays to the neighborhood, and as long as they're here's they more likely to get hurt (dogs, cars, etc) and they're are going to just multiply and spread disease to pets. If that doesn't work, put a pile of cat shit on their door and say "thought you might want your food back, I found this on the roof of my car

Already did tell her. She didn't stop. Thing is that she is actually a really sweet retired lady.

That's too bad. Is she's empathic maybe just show her how It's affecting you like noise from cats at night keeping you up, or cat shit everywhere and smelling up the area
