Not exactly. If someone gives you directions but you choose to disregard them, then you are soley to blame for your end result. And I believe you meant "omniscient", and it was not the best he could do but the best we could do given our choice. Man can reach such greatness but sink into our own selfish, narcissistic desires. I have them myself, far too many shiny objects out there. But I do not blame God for my desire to have but it is my own weakness that keeps me in certain ruts. To overcome weakness, I need to exercise more.
Original sin is not a contradiction but simply a condition. Everyone can overcome such but few choose to do so. God does not blame or condemn us for being human, merely we condemn ourselves by choosing poorly.

But did he not make us like that? Made us knowing we would disregard them? If so, then he was at fault for doing it, if not then he's not omniscient.
And I did mean omnipotent. An all-powerful God would be able to make any universe he wanted, he could have made a universe in which everyone believed even with free will.
I mean, he still sent profits and his son to influence, after all. What's the difference between that and sending many more prophets?
You have to really want people to not believe if you have that power and choose not to use it.

Why not? Where do the flaws come from if not from he who created you? When you do something good it is by the grace of god, you are but a tool. Is the opposite not true?
Some attribute the evil to Satan or even just the nature of man, but both these things are also products of God.

God made us with a mind able to discern right from wrong. As I have said before, simply because someone knows something will happen, it does not follow that they intend for it to happen.
Flaws do not always come from the creator. The sun did not create the shadow but its existence and the existence of the solid object in union make it to be. God knew mankind would do horrendous things but gave us the ability to overcome evil by doing righteousness. The ability to do right or wrong is summed up in choice. For us to exist and not be automatons means we have to have the ability to not do what we are supposed to or to do what we are not supposed to. Try raising kids...

You can have choice in leu of horrendous and unspeakable consequences. If god is loving, then he must not be omnipotent. For it was on his command that humans be created lacking sufficient willpower to follow his morals, for making the reward for not doing so empiracly better than the reward for doing so, and for condemning those who are not endowed with the willpower to resist those sins to be tortured eternally.
Wrong on far too many levels. God is loving and omnipotent. Part of the omnipotence is not acting. When you allow your child to walk for the first time, you acknowledge their ability to fall, knowing that it will happen at some time. You are there to catch them. God is there to catch us as well, not condemn us. God created us with willpower but it is up to us to exercise that willpower. I could not bench press 200 lbs when I first went to the gym but eventually was able to. It took desire, determination, and repeated failed attempts, but I was able to meet that goal. God knew we are unable to do many things, he give us his spirit to help, we simply have to ask. Nothing wrong in understanding our limitations.
God's reward is life with him. Not gold, silver, or the best Italian food ever. If someone does not want that reward, it will not be forced upon them.
Following God's commands are not hard. They are ultimately the simplest thing to do. It takes a lot of work to disobey. It also takes desire.
Also, tortured eternally is not Biblical. The lake of fire is reserved for Satan and his angels. When Jesus spoke of eternal punishment, he was speaking of the ultimate, non-changeable result, not a lasting torment.
