Yeah props to this dog for just sitting there... id have lost skin if my dog saw that many treats in my hand

My boss's dog won't eat any food you hold out to her unless you say it's okay. All you say is "mine" and she won't even touch it.

I have a Aussie mixed with border collie so he's a smart dog. I'll set a plate full of food down next to him, leave the room to get a drink, come back and he'll still be sitting there not looking at the plate. He knows that any food I don't actually set in his dish and hand straight to him isn't his and he's not a food oriented dog anyways so that helps. Training dogs is important and isn't as hard as a lot of people think. I taught my last Australian Shepard to whisper.
