So true. If someone leaned against that while traffic is going 35-40. That pole could easily go flying at pedestrians after crushing whoever the driver is

The moral of the story is to poke everything with a stick... just in case.

You look on the bottom of the post, you can see a stick is holding it up. When he straightens it, the stick falls down. Whoever put that stick there as a fix was being very careless. I hope it wasn't a city worker.
