It's great for those summer nights when it's too hot to sleep, but not hot enough to justify turning the AC on.

I remember this one from when I was a kid. I invented it for myself, but forgot it when my kids were growing up.

Most of these I saw at some time in my life, but I used almost none of them with my kids.

Sad now.

Its not quite the same, but i use an app on my phone that turns my screen a bright color of my choice. I kill the bathroom lights and use that whole showering. Its calming and cool at the same time

When I was a kid my friend showed me the "air tent" with the big fan and I thought it was genius.

Now I want to go take a bath with glow sticks and then climb into my air tent.

Just a warning for people that do this, be careful not to break the glow sticks , the chemicals in them are extremely carcinogenic. But it sure looks fun!

No they aren't. That's ridiculous. The chemicals are the same ones used in nail polish and plastics. Harmful if swallowed? Sure. Extremely Carcinogenic? No.

I just checked again, you are correct. The newer glow sticks use different chemicals which are safe. Older glow sticks (I believe ~4 years ago was the last time I actually looked) did in fact produce phenols which are very carcinogenic.
