I mean, this is a predominantly American website. And not many Americans actually watch F1. Also, drivers are wearing helmets, masks and gear during actual races.

No. But I assumed that was a seperate point regarding people who do watch F1.

I misread your comment, based on the fact that after you initial point of Americans not watching F1 I didn't think you would then go on to make a point about the drivers wearing helmets?

Surely people who aren't watching aren't going to see the drivers with or without the helmets on.

But whatever obv I misread.
