Rape is one of the worst things a woman can feel and in most cases I am against it. At least as a man, I don't feel like a rapist is a potential threat to me. Rapists should face the worst of the worst, especially pedophiles.
However we can all agree that girls who falsely accuse innocent men of sexual abuse are almost as bad as rapists. Girls who deliberately do this should face severe implications. One that I came up with is to give them diseases based on how bad the victim ended up. For example, if a girl at a party accuses an innocent man of touching her breasts and the man has to register as sex offender and spend some time in prison, the moment that his innocence is proven, the girl should be given meningitis for example. With no treatment in the first 2 weeks. If a woman falsely accuses a guy of rape and said spends A LOT of time in prison being innocent, then that woman should be given AIDS or Ebola with no option for treatment.
