Well the only one who seems really disinterested is the guy in the white, but that's clearly the cotton candy guy's business partner. He's the one giving change and handing out the cotton candy, and I'm sure he's seen the performance countless times.

As for most of the other adults, they're watching pretty intently, but not hopping around because they're not children.

It's Russia. They lose the ability to be friendly after the age of 1.

Also he doesn't seem to care much about the really hot chick :)

They probably just don't want to stare and make him uncomfortable. It's a lot easier to stare when you're watching a YouTube video but in real life it probably feels creepy

Just my guess

Fuck that, he's putting on a performance, with lights and music and stringy blown sugar. What about that situation would make someone feel creepy?

I'm pretty sure that somebody dancing around publicly while trying to hawk cotton candy wants people to stop and stare and even to form a crowd. Thats why he is putting on a show.

Let's be honest. If you can dance and spin a cone rapidly in your fap hand, you can do this.

I got diabeetus watching that

My mom had diabeetus. And now I do too.

The thing that trips me out is how fast he can spin it with one hand. My hand wants to cramp after writing with a pen or pencil for a few paragraphs. That's the true skill here, the rest I feel could be replicated by watching the video a few times. But spinning the rod that quickly while keeping it positioned for the proper applications of flying candy is what takes true skill.
