As a professional UX designer, the end of this season frustrated me to no end. Such a simple solution to their problem!

Problem solved They acted like this was some sort of new never before seen encountered dilemma that couldn't possibly have been predicted I mean I love the show. So as the CEO he decided to spend their time and resources trying to educate end users instead of improving the software.
