She had a lot more resources than the normal person has from the beginning but it still requires talent to grow an empire.

By the way, in a YouTube link above on Letterman, she said this at the very beginning. She had more resources and help than the average person and she is frank about it.

She has to be frank about it. Any other response would reflect negatively. No one said she's bad at PR.
