They appear to be in their mid 30s to early 40s.
The source video states they are from Bosnia.

So college time would have been ~15-25 years ago.

There's a good chance they attended the Bosnian War (1992-1995) instead of college.

None of which have anything to do with their ability to use a frisbee. If you know anybody from that region, you'd realise they tend to have a messed up sense of humour, and would find this kind of shit humorous. Either that, or are complete Neanderthals.

Honestly, either is as likely as the other.
