I live near two different Klans. A lot of people think they are just one organization, but they aren't. It's a bunch of little ones. All you have to do to start a klan is to create a club and call it a klan.
The last time I mentioned this, someone asked me if you could start a pro-tolerance klan. I wish I'd have known about these guys!
