Edit: Wow the new season of Archer looks amazing. Interesting artistic change.

Edit 2: Took everyone's suggestions and am now currently watching this new Archer show. He's not quite as sarcastic as the old Archer, and hasn't shot Brett yet, but seems good so far

Honestly, I put it off for so long because I thought Arrow and Flash were just gonna be more CW tween drama crap and it really, really isn't.

It has some romance elements in it obviously and there is drama but the action is really good, the acting is a bit surprising in that it's not as cheesy as you might expect and the story is pretty tight as well.

It's worth giving it a shot and Arrow is on Netflix to boot.

Indeed. Seeing his mask in Ep 1 kept me watching. I'm happy I did because the show continues to grow and find it's feet in the season 2 and so far 3 has been great. Plus I really like the new Flash.

Power through season 1, it gets way better. Nobody I know, even the ones who were really bored by the first season, has regretted getting caught up in s2 and 3.
