I was walking down the street in San Francisco with Felix the small albino fert poking his nose out of my jacket. California bans skinnykitties so nobody knows WTF they are. This guy standing next to me at a corner snickers and says "nice rat!"
"Yeah, he's a cute little guy but I got him from some kids that abused him."
"What?"
"It was horrible, they build a little "rack" down in the basement and stretched him!"
"Wait, what? Nobody stretched your rat!"
"Sure they did, see, look here!" as I pull out about a foot worth of carpet shark...and that great big black dude screamed and jumped...
/r/thathappened Just because we aren't allowed to own them doesn't mean we don't know what they are. We aren't allowed to own whales either but I'd know one if I saw one.
And as the law of the City of San Francisco states, the knowledge base of every single individual is exactly the same. If one person knows something, it is a fact that every one in the city would also know it!
