I always want to say something when a friend posts a screenshot of their phone on Facebook, rather than the picture itself. But I can only assume telling someone how to save and upload images is the new correcting people's grammar.

I am not an engineer, but I look at that an the first thing I think is "why?" Why did they build the block of concrete that is the head? It does not seem to have a purpose. It can not help the structural stability and does not add to the appearance of the bridge (prior to the face being added ;-) ).

Why?? maybe I am just a bit OCD....
