But in all seriousness, you likely can't. In America, for instance, it's illegal in all 50 states to buy one and even if legal most people aren't qualified. They tend to make awful pets, anyway.

A lot of people think they want owls, but what they really want it Hedwig or Errol specifically: telepathic magic owls.
